HAIR BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Full payment and your parcel being received by us secures your booking
COURIER SERVICES
- You can drop off between 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday
- You can courier your hair to us using any door to door courier company like The Courier Guy and Aramex, no postnet to postnet or pep to pep
- You can use Silent Courier’s if you are in Jhb/Pta their number is 0630899663 (they pick up from you

Make sure to use a package you no longer need like a plastic, and put your name and surname in it so we know it's your hair.
LEAD TIME
Normal lead time
- 7-14 business days from secured booking day
Immediate service
- less than 7 business days from the secured booking
- 20% fee on total charge
- immediate payment required
- once payment is made we will contact you to confirm when you need the hair
DELIVERY
Once the service is complete we will contact you to book your install session, if you wont be coming for the session, delivery to you is R100
GLUE-LESS INSTALLS
If you make a booking for a glue-less install and you are 30minutes late or more, the booking will be cancelled and a new booking will be made as it affects all bookings for the day.

RETURNS
- Style: hair can be returned within 7 days of receiving it for a different hairstyle (e.g.,making it straight instead of wavy).
- Parting adjustment: return within 7 days of receiving it to change the parting of the hair (e.g.,from middle part to side part).
- Fit adjustment: wig can be returned within 7 days of receiving it if it does not fit well after remaking it.
- False wig claims: we follow strict protocols to ensure that each client receives the correct wig, if you have a claim that you did not receive the correct wig we will need proof that you brought that specific wig to us.
The hair must be returned at your cost. If the days have lapsed the hair will need to be booked in again.
